Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process makes returning or exchanging your skate gear simple and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into the original shoebox or packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
